Wakam's Tech team turns complex insurance challenges into digital products that are simple, reliable and scalable.
We build the platforms used daily by Wakamees to design and launch insurance products, relying on business repositories and deployment tools. We also develop the solutions that allow Wakam to collaborate with its partners, manage partnerships, handle financial and cash flows, administer reinsurance, and process claims.
Our scope doesn't stop there: we're progressively integrating artificial intelligence into development practices and business operations to boost team efficiency and improve their day-to-day work.
Working in Tech at Wakam means contributing to an ecosystem of internal products and connected services, at the heart of an international insurance model. It also means working across a wide range of topics, at the crossroads of software, data, infrastructure, insurance and artificial intelligence.
AI
The AI team identifies, designs and deploys artificial intelligence use cases at Wakam. We primarily focus on improving internal processes through automation, intelligent agents and tools such as Dust, helping increase productivity and simplify teams’ day-to-day work.
These initiatives also benefit our partners, both directly and indirectly, by enhancing the efficiency and quality of our operations.

Data
The Data squad structures, harnesses and unlocks the value of Wakam's data to inform every decision. We build the pipelines, models and dashboards that let business teams track performance, risk and growth in real time.
